Statement
My vessels are inspired by the ocean and my love of scuba diving. This work is a comment on the destruction of the marine environment due to Global warming. Through the physical manipulation of the clay, including carving, scratching, breaking and reforming, I am exploring the effects of this interference on the ecosystem. The clustered forms explore the inter dependence of the natural world.
